• Browse and schedule diagnostic lab tests (including Blood Tests, Endoscopy, and general Health Checkups).
• Book medical imaging appointments (such as CT Scans, MRI Scans, and PET CT Scans) with partner labs.
• Request home sample collection by certified phlebotomists.
• Receive digitized diagnostic reports online or via email.

3. Medical & Diagnostic Disclaimer

EasyBookMyLab is not a hospital, medical facility, or direct healthcare provider.

• The information, test packages, and content available on this website are for informational and booking purposes only and do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis.
• Test results are generated by independent certified diagnostic laboratories and radiologists. EasyBookMyLab does not alter, verify, or guarantee clinical interpretation of test outcomes.
• Always consult a qualified doctor or healthcare provider for interpretation of diagnostic reports and treatment decisions. In case of a medical emergency, contact your nearest hospital immediately.

4. User Responsibilities & Account Safety

When booking services through EasyBookMyLab, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated personal health and contact details.
• Upload valid doctor prescriptions whenever required for specific imaging scans (e.g., CT, MRI, PET CT) or specialized blood tests.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

5. Appointments, Payment & Cancellations

• Pricing: All prices listed for tests and health packages are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Home Sample Collection: Samples are collected during the chosen time slot. Please follow fasting or pre-test instructions provided at the time of booking.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled collection or slot time. Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, graphical interfaces, designs, trademarks, and code present on this website belong exclusively to EasyBookMyLab Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of any material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
